The Taming of the Shrew
Deception and desire abound in Shakespeare’s classic comedy when Christopher Sly, a tinker tricked into believing himself a nobleman, is treated to a play wherein an ornery and willful woman is “tamed” and men will stop at nothing to claim their love. Bring a blanket and enjoy Shakespeare under the stars.

Hyde Park River Clean-up, Saturday, October 3, 2015 (rain date October 4)
This year we are expanding into Milton around Paul’s Bridge and Hemenway Pond if we get enough volunteers. Eventually, we will add other segments of the river as we finish sites in Hyde Park and PCB’s are removed. I am sure that NepRWA will continue to work on the Quincy Riverwalk during Park Serve Day. Perhaps, our Council needs to sponsor an appropriate day in the Spring and Fall to attend to plantings, etc at all major sites along the path, especially Pope John Paul II and Martini under the supervision of Jeremy Dick and TTOR. We need to wait for construction and clean-up to end at Ryan and Port Norfolk to add them to the list.
